At JacketsX, every jacket is made-to-order from leather jackets and bomber jackets to varsity jackets, denim jackets, shearling jackets, biker jackets, and fully custom jackets. Because each piece is built specifically for you, please review the timelines below before placing your order.
Processing Time
Every order goes through cutting, stitching, and a final quality control check before it leaves our facility. Standard processing time is 3–5 business days for regular, non-customized jackets.
Processing Time for Custom and Embroidered Jackets
Custom and personalized jackets take longer to produce than our regular ready styles, since each one is built individually based on your exact specifications. For standard customization such as adding a name, number, or a single patch please allow 5-7 business days of processing.
For jackets with heavy or detailed embroidery, multiple patches, full logo work, varsity letterman detailing, or larger team/school/club orders, processing time may extend to 7–12 business days, depending on the complexity and volume of the customization requested. Embroidery work is done by hand or on dedicated machines and cannot be rushed without affecting the quality of the final product.
If your custom order involves an especially detailed design, multiple color changes, or a bulk/group order, our team will confirm an estimated processing timeline with you directly after you place your order or submit your request through the custom jacket page. Please plan your order accordingly if you need your jacket by a specific date, and feel free to contact us at contact@jacketsx.com before ordering if you have a deadline.
Free Standard Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders, with delivery in 16–20 business days from the date your order is placed. This includes production time plus transit time to your address. No minimum order value is required free shipping applies storewide.
Faster Shipping Options
Need your jacket sooner? Expedited and priority shipping options are available at checkout for an additional cost, with faster delivery than our free standard option. Once you reach checkout, simply select the shipping speed that works best for you and the applicable cost will be calculated automatically based on your location.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way. If you haven't received tracking information within the processing window above, reach out to us at contact@jacketsx.com.
Shipping Destinations
JacketsX currently ships across the United States, with international shipping available to select countries. Delivery timelines may vary slightly for international orders due to customs processing.
Delays
While we do everything possible to meet the timelines above, occasional delays can happen due to high order volume, complex embroidery or customization work, material availability, or carrier disruptions. Heavily customized and bulk/group orders are more likely to experience minor delays than standard, non-custom jackets, simply due to the extra handwork involved.
