By accessing our website, creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or place an order.
1. About JacketsX
JacketsX offers made-to-order outerwear for men and women, spanning leather, bomber, varsity, denim, puffer, shearling, biker, and fully custom jacket styles. Because most items are produced after an order is placed rather than pulled from pre-made stock, production timelines, sizing, and customization details are handled as described on our individual product pages, our Shipping Policy, and this document.
2. Eligibility
By using our website and placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or that you are using the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
3. Use of Our Website

We aim to display our jackets, materials, colors, and sizing information as accurately as possible on every product page. However, slight variations in color, material texture, grain, or finish may occur due to photography, screen or monitor settings, and the naturally handmade or material-dependent nature of items such as leather and shearling. Such minor variations do not constitute a defect and are not grounds for a return under our Return and Exchange policy.
6. Custom Jacket Orders
When you place a custom order through our custom jacket service including orders with names, numbers, patches, embroidery, logos, custom sizing, custom color combinations, or team/school/club/bulk orders you are solely responsible for providing accurate, complete, and final details at the time of checkout, including correct spelling, sizing, and design instructions.
Once a custom order enters production, it cannot be modified, cancelled, exchanged, or refunded, except in the case of a confirmed JacketsX production error, as outlined in our Return and Exchange policy. By submitting a custom order, you acknowledge and accept this condition. JacketsX is not liable for errors in the final product that result directly from incorrect or incomplete information submitted by the customer.
You further agree that any logos, images, names, or design elements you submit for a custom jacket do not infringe on any third party's trademark, copyright, or other intellectual property rights, and you accept full responsibility for any such submissions.
7. Pricing and Payment
All prices listed on jacketsx.com are in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without prior notice. Prices do not include applicable taxes or duties, which may be added at checkout depending on your location. Payment is processed securely at checkout through our supported payment providers, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Stripe. Your order is only confirmed once payment has been successfully authorized and processed. JacketsX reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailable materials.
8. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping timelines, free shipping eligibility, expedited shipping options, and processing times for standard and custom jackets are outlined in detail in our Shipping Policy. JacketsX is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Risk of loss and title for products purchased pass to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier.
9. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
Returns and exchanges for eligible, non-custom items are accepted within 7 days of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined in our Return and Exchange policy. As stated in Section 6 above and in our Return and Exchange policy, custom and personalized jackets are strictly final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, refund, or cancellation once production has started, except in the case of a confirmed JacketsX production defect or shipping error.

All content on jacketsx.com including text, graphics, logos, product photography, designs, and layout is the property of JacketsX or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
